The Cosumar strategy: a strong and sustainable company in the service of the satisfaction of both its customers and the partners of its ecosystem.

The COSUMAR Group’s strategy is based on the will to become a major, socially responsible, regional player in the African sugar industry, with diversified activities and generating sustainable value. Strong strategic orientations were defined, based on the further development of its agricultural upstream, the upgrading of its production facilities in order to better address its customers’ expectations, but also the strengthening of its relations with its entire ecosystem.
